Ubytovanie sa nachádza v centre Primoštenu, v tichej jednosmernej uličke kde nechodia automobily. Pustíte sa dolu ulicou a o 2 minútky ste na námestí, kde sa vždy niečo zaujímavé deje. Vydáte sa hore ulicou, a ocitnete sa blízko pekárne, supermarketu, reštaurácií, obchodíkov, alebo blízkeho parkoviska. Na prízemí je východ na terasu, (ktorá až bude raz dokončená), tak bude príjemným miestom na posedenie alebo oddych. Obývačka je dobre klimatizovaná, spí sa v nej výborne. Kuchyňa je premyslene vybavená, upečiete, uvaríte všetko akoby ste boli doma. Kúpelňa je jednoduchá a ľahko udržiavateľná. V celom byte je dlažba, ktorá v lete príjemne chladí a zmierňuje horúčavami prehriate okolie.
